table-for-1: part 2

soo i’ve been blowing it on this series of entries! in my defence though, i’ve been traveling and working on a handful of different projects that never let’s me spend more than an hour or two at home. anyhow i found some time this evening and was fortunate enough to make my own little gourmet burger. this is a corn, thyme & chilli pepper infused burger, topped with avocados, sautéed mushrooms, mayo & sriracha! it was super tasty and i paired it with my favourite wine from nova scotia, jost vineyard’s eagle tree muscat (*which i recently picked up in halifax). anyhow super stoked! on a tight budget before i go to japan in a few weeks! will be cooking more often! haha
